Trustee and Chair
Leana works for the Allied Irish Bank. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in financial analysis and fund management, and lives in the Basford area of Nottingham. Leana was appointed to the Board in January 2013.
Craig is a partner in the law firm, Browne Jacobson LLP. A qualified solicitor, Craig has a wealth of experience in the field of strategic contracts and how they affect local communities. Craig was appointed to the Board in October 2011.
Mark has recently set up his own company specialising in property & estates management. Mark has worked in the social housing sector for many years and is dedicated to supporting people and communities to reach their potential. Having worked in Radford and Lenton for several years, Mark understands the positive impact that learning skills development has for local people and the wider community. Mark was appointed to the Board on 4th February 2016.
Shoaib is a project manager with a variety of experience in the voluntary and public sector, delivering development projects and business transformation. Born and raised in Nottingham, Shoaib is currently working at Nottingham City Council. Shoaib is an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute for IT and the Association for Project Management. Shoaib was appointed to the Board on 13th April 2017.
Rachael is a senior HR professional with experience of working in a leadership role and a diverse business environment. Having lived here all her life, Rachael embraces Nottingham and its diversity. Rachael was appointed to the board on 13th March 2018.
Lorel is Partnership Manager for One Nottingham, the strategic partnership for the City, with a wealth of experience in governance, business planning, regeneration and relationship management. Lorel has both lived and worked in the area and is passionate about equality and committed to working across organisations and communities to improve people’s lives. Lorel was appointed to the Board on 12th April 2018.
Parveen has been a resident in Hyson Green for over 26 years. She is committed to supporting the local voluntary sector and has recently undertaken the role of ‘parent champion’ for SSBC (Small Steps Big Changes). Parveen is also a volunteer family mentor for Framework and a parent governor at Bentinck Primary School. Parveen was appointed to the Board on 4th October 2018.
Zane is a senior marketing professional with experience leading marketing programmes across Europe and the Middle East in global market leading businesses. He is passionate about the cultivation of community potential and enjoys reading, trekking and playing squash in his spare time. Zane was appointed to the Board on 26th February 2019.
Alex was appointed to the Board on 26th February 2019.
Jay was appointed to the board on 25th July 2019.
Dave has significant experience working in urban renewal in some of the most disadvataged areas of the country. He has been CEO of several high profile regeneration programmes and 'not-for-profit' companies, redeveloping places and local communities. Dave has first degree in Environmental Planning, a Masters in Civic Design, and is a Fellow of the RSA.
Head of Property Services
Steve has responsibility for managing our property portfolio and our commercial activities. With years of experience in the banking sector and managing property, along with in-depth knowledge of the area, Steve is ideally placed to optimise occupancy levels, manage tenancy issues and maximise our profitability.
Support Services Manager
Jane has responsibility for delivering the full range of support services for our organisation. She also provides support to the local voluntary and community sector by helping them to develop their services and activities, apply for funding and improve their governance.
Area Partnership Manager
Van managers our Grants Programme, primarily linked to the City Council's Area Based Grants.He works with the local voluntary and community sector to ensure that grants are distributed in a fair and equitable way, ensuring that funds are used as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Lezli has responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of our properties, especially Castle Cavendish Enterprise Centre. She ensures that we provide excellent standards in customer services for external clients as well as our business tenants.

Nicole is responsible for the daily finances for both Castle Cavendish Limited and Castle Cavendish Foundation, alongside providing administrative and reception duties predominantly at Castle Cavendish Works.

Reece delivers a range of administrative and financial responsibilities, alongside providing reception duties at predominantly at Castle Cavendish Works.

Chris delivers a range of administrative and financial responsibilities, alongside providing reception duties predominantly at Castle Cavendish Enterprise Centre.
Customer Services Administrator
Shannon is working as an Apprentice delivering a range of administrative duties, alongside providing reception duties predominantly at Castle Cavendish Enterprise Centre.
Property Maintenance Operative
Michael provides building maintenance, repair and cleaning services to the Castle Cavendish portfolio of properties.
Faisal provides security services, predominantly at Castle Cavendish Works.
